In September 2005, I left Jiangxi Province, where my howntown is located, and went to Shaanxi Province for my post graduate studies. The college is located in the southern suburb of Xianyang City, and near the Feng River and the Wei River. It took thirty minutes for riding a bus to Xi’an City. At that time, I had a great zeal for ancient history. Therefore, during the three years that I stayed in Shaanxi Province, I visited a lot of historic sites.
In 2006, the Taobao platform had been founded for three years, and the online store of Jingdong had been founded for two years, but most of Chinese still believed traditional shopping. They were accustomed to visit shops, see and touch products, and discuss prices with shop staff. For buying mobile phones, my father liked to visit Nanchang, the capital city of Jiangxi Province, as new products with good prices always appeared there at first.
In the summer of 2006, my father and I visited a big store in Nanchang and bought a Sony Ericsson K750c mobile phone. The phone had a 2M camera, and its design was very comfortable as using a camera. The camera of K750c was very good at macro photography. So it was a great pleasure for me to take pictures for plants and animals.
